Purpose

To promote the 4-H Horse Program of North Carolina
:: To provide leadership
to the South Central District 4-H Horse Program
:: To service as an advisory
board to the 4-H Horse Clubs in the District
:: To promote county advisory
committees which are part of our Extension Advisory Program
The Council
meets on the second Monday of every month, and all 4-H leaders, volunteers, and
youth members are invited and encouraged to attend.
